I called to find out where pants were -- which were not marked as being on backorder at all -- until the first part of my ordered appeared. I was today that I had to wait 7 days to change anything.

I told them that I was leaving shortly for 2 months to work in Asia and needed the items and could not call then. That is the policy. The service is horrible. I used to work in the Government Relations division for the lobbying arm of JCPenney's -- and this shows why they are losing sales.

I guess it is time to post on Twitter and other social media to warn people. I use the online service, because the nemrods in the local Hagerstown, MD store are even worst.
