I called to find out where pants were -- which were not marked as being on backorder at all -- until the first part of my ordered appeared.I was today that I had to wait 7 days to change anything.

I told them that I was leaving shortly for 2 months to work in Asia and needed the items and could not call then. That is the policy. The service is horrible. I used to work in the Government Relations division for the lobbying arm of JCPenney's -- and this shows why they are losing sales.

I guess it is time to post on Twitter and other social media to warn people.I use the online service, because the nemrods in the local Hagerstown, MD store are even worst.
