I am not at all pleased with all the changes in JCP, and I emailed them and told them so. I got back a generic, stock rebuttal which praised all their changes, and ended with "We hope you are as excited as we are about the changes" and clearly I WASN'T excited.
I wonder if they even bothered to read it.
I have had a credit card account at JCP for over 38 years and have spent mega-bucks there, but I'm about to end my shopping with them. If that's the best they can address my concerns, I want no part of them.
