I had a,very bad experience at jc penney store in kerrville texas. I AM A EX EMPLOYEE and i feel lije i was not being treating asca customer.
I TOOK MY daughter into the jc penney salon for practice on her hairfor her wedding. THE STORE MANAGER came into the salon to pick up foo d for delivery which she ordered. SHE SAW me sitting in the chair. SHE IMMEDIATELY WENT IN HER OFFICE.
SHE CALLED THE SALON ASKING THE STYLIST WHY i was there and if the stylist was ok. THE STYLIST DID TELL ME THIS INFORMATION. I felt VERY HUMILIATED AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS SITIUATION. I was a paying customer and felt that treatment was un calked for.
I PROBLY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. I WAS VERY EXCITED ABOUT GETTING MY DAUGHTERS HAIR DONE FOR HER UPCOMING WEDDING BUT THIS STORE MANAGER RUIN THAT.
