Jcpenney in San Antonio, Texas - Over Charged

I just got billed for an amount that goes over my documented amount by six hundred dollars!!! I spoke with Customer Service to calculate all my purchases, and even my purchases they have on file don't add up to this new amount. I make all my payments on time so the given amount should be much lower. What in the world is going on JCP? Are they trying to recoup money lost from customers that skip out on their CC bill or what? No way I'm paying six hundred dollars on invisible purchases that I have nothing to do with!!!! How do I get them to ackowledge their error?.

Jcpenney in San Antonio, Texas - St. John Bay pants are great and sooo hard to find. Why?? JCPenny’s employees do not assist in any way but at least the carried them. Where can I find the pants and jeans to purchase?

Ordered November 16th, still no order at the store. Repeatedly do not get emails when orders arrive at the store and many times cannot get anything other than a recording saying no one is available when I call the store directly. I went in person yesterday. I'm thinking JCPenney will be going out of business soon.

tried to order a bed as a gift for someone and to go through the darn process 4 times and all four times JC penny could not get this order.......really upsets me .......this item was a gift and never got ordered through there so called systems.......called their customer support no help......called their home office and was assured this order would get placed......no luck either........received emails that this order was not fulfilled....... so I swallowed my pride and tried again.......with a furniture agent of their customer service line and she did everything she could for me ......even gave me free shipping......and still received an email......the final blow which really took toll on me was when you tried to call customer support......no help with you their either........ One thing for sure I will never purchase any furniture nor any appliance from JC penny ever..............

Corporate doesn't read this site. To file a complaint you would need to call corporate at their 973 number or write to them at their Plano, TX headquarters.

I would highly recommend reaching out to district manager first. You can find your DM through your associate kiosk in "jweb" and do a store lookup.

Or, you can do an associate lookup on the manager, see who his boss is right there on the screen and send them an email. Hope this helps and good luck.

Every online retailer on the planet can and does experience back orders. You are not the only one shopping.

There is not one magical warehouse for every retailer. Best Buy has 4 different major ones, and Walmart.com has 9 (if I remember correct). Products come to online retailers from a majority of places, sometimes they come from the manufacturer itself. If you choose not to wait for an item, ask for a refund.

Remember though that online shopping is NOT instant gratification, and you should NEVER buy something online you need in less than a month. Also remember that online retailers by law have 30 days to ship an order or refund.

Never order anything from JC Penney online. They don't cancel your order. You have to wait 3-4 weeks till they ship it then you can return it! What a waste! Not customer friendly at all!
