Synchrony Bank SUCKS I will NEVER get Any kind of credit card from them ever again. Cancelled my JCPenney card that is at a zero balance and in perfect standing because of changes in my credit? Never heard of credit company cancelling a credit card that is in perfect standings never late in payments

ABSOLUTELY TIRED OF THIS CARD--I WILL USE THE CARD FOR AN ORDER AND EVERYTHING WORKS FINE. NEXT DAY I TRY TO USE IT AND THEY CANCEL MY ORDER--I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET TRANSFERRED TO THE CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT--YOUR CARD IS GREAT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM, YOU WANT ME TO TRANSFER YOU BACK. SO I GO BACK AND TALK TO 5 PEOPLE--SOMETIMES I HAVE TO REORDER SEVERAL TIMES. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE--I AM GOING TO THROW THIS CARD AWAY AND START USING MACYS. I CALLED TODAY AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS SHIPPING TO MY SON IN ANOTHER STATE. REALLY, IT DIDN"T SEEM TO MATTER YESTERDAY. I USED THE CARD AT X-MAS HAVING THE ITEM SHIPPED TO THE STORE AND OF COURSE IT WAS CANCELED, CAME HOME REORDER THE ITEM AND NO PROBLEM. SOME ONE IN THE CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT THAT CARES TO LOOK AT MY CARD AND SEE WHY THIS IS HAPPENING-IT IS REALLY TO LATE THOUGH.

Jcpenney in Richardson, Texas - Never get a JCpenny Credit Card! Big Rip OFF.

My husband received a credit limit of $500 and purchased some items and pay on time and kept a $0 balance. Within 5months later they submitted a credit check and tell him they decreased is credit limit to $200 because of credit score. How can that be if you ran the credit check to approve him of $500. They do this just to get you to get a credit card with them, then reduce it. Then refuses to increase the limit once they decrease it. So please read your fine print for periodically credit check that they do. This affect your credit record. They are the worst department store to get a credit card with. Macy or Dillard etc.. department stores has never has such rules to apply to their credit card. I don't think this is a lawful rule, but I advise not to accept a credit card with JCPenny. If you have one already please, please pay it off and close your account before they make up more unlawful rules that can affect your credit score. They surely need to be investigated by the government and need to be exposed to public. Please pass the words to friend and family.

Jcpenney in Dallas, Texas - Custom Drapery Order

JCPenney processes are old and antiquated.I ordered custom draperies which it turned out the fabric was not available, so I cancelled that part of the order. It looks like they still billed me for the entire order. I have been trying to find out how they handled the adjustment for several weeks. The decorators do not have anything to do with billing adjustments. The schedulars are not available. So who can you help! It is impossible to find anyone who can help on a simple customer billing matter. The people are nice - which is about the only good thing I can say. Wake up Penney's - it's the 21st century! When an adjustment is made, I think the customer should receive some written document that shows clearly the amount of the adjustment. Is this too much to ask. I am tired of chasing this matter and have just decided to have credit card company bill the whole thing back to Penney's. Maybe that will get some attention!

Try calling customer service they usually can help more with billing then.in.store. in store has limited access to accounts. And you get billed when items are shipped if you order online.

Jcpenney in Amarillo, Texas - Pissed too

I, like so many other working women, loved east5th pants and St Johns bay clothing. My husband and I went to the local store and after walking all of the women's clothing "areas" we gave up and left without spending any money. I didn't see anything for a woman my age. Everything is for teenagers. Nothing for a mature woman. Penney's you really stepped in "it" and I'm finished. I will pay off my credit card this month and the card will go into the shredder. I will miss shopping at Penney's and loved the quality of your products. Good bye.

I too am looking for East 5th Pants. Looks like the JC Penny buyers don't understand a good product that brings "Women" in the store.

Think about it.

Every time a pant is bought, a blouse or a few tops are probably bought.

Simple sales concept! The pants were a draw to JC Penny.

From what I have been hearing on the news there is a possibility that Penny's will be done by the end of the year. That being said, from looking at their ads I agree most of their clothes aren't at all professional looking and there are young women that do need professional clothes.

Also I have two grandaughters in their early 20s and they and their friends won't shop at Penny's because the styles aren't whatever the current term is with young people. I will just use the word "cool".

JCPenney screaming commercial

I must get up and change the channel everytime it comes on. Don't listen to it long enough to see who the sponsor is. It is annoying! If a commercial grates on your nerves so badly, what makes JC Penneys think you want to purchase anything from their store? I used to be a customer of JC Penney, I have a credit card from there. I just really hate that commercial. I also loath having to write so many words to satisfy you. Is this even going to do any good? Hop this is enoughfor you. I am out of words.

I'm very upset on how the company treats you unfair. The company impose late fees on your account even of you fall into a hardship.

They do not care of your situation or your concerns. This is the worst company to get a credit card from. I'm disable in lose my job due to this and never been late on my account until now. In they don't have no payment plan to help me I been calling for 2 months trying to close my account.

In they keep telling me to call back every 7-10 days in I have been still NO HELP here really bad company. They not trying to help me but just billing me more late fees.

Jcpenny's GE Capital Bank Database is a ripe off to there Consumers!!!!! :upset
