I have ordered a shirt from penneys twice. Ordered a burgandy both times and received a blue one.

Kept the first one and ordered another to get the burgandy one. It also came in blue so i returned it. They received it on march 5 and this is march 18 and still havent received credit. Was told it could take 4 to 6 weeks.

That is ridiculous. But will save me lots of money because when i pay off my penneys credit card i will never use it again.

The nearest JC Penney to me is 80 miles. That is why i have to order online.


Credits unfortunately, take forever to hit your card. That is just our process in the credit dept.

If I were you, while returning the shirt (s) in store, I would ask nicely for a discount on your purchase as it was not your fault.

Or we can just give you a discount on your next item you purchase in store for all your trouble. This is done all the time.
