I received an incomplete order. I called customer service.
Spent 14 minutes with someone with an extremely heavy accent and a very difficult time understanding her. She did not listen to my questions and continually interrupted me. She even suggested that I look again and recount my order, which I had already done. She said I had to wait and call back.
I asked for a supervisor, was put on hold and someone disconnected. I called back and asked for a supervisor again. I was told even though the item was on the invoice it was not necessarily mailed because shipping sometimes "mistakes happen." I was again to wait and see if the item shows up. So disorganized.
Also, so tired of customer service that is "outsourced".
I think I will no longer shop at JCPenny either online or at the store. Very disappointed with the service.
