Lost my jcpenney credit card, then I cannot use my online account and everything. How do i receive any payment? paperless, they said they ve sent everything, and I have never received any. They said, then wait till you get the new card and re registrar!! i said can you test it and make sure the email is correct. No we are not allowed. Anything you can help? You can wait till you get you new card n 7-10 biz day. And then the phone was hang up, the service survey have never shown up!!!!! the phone was hung up!!! I will never shop again and i will cut my new card!!!!!
