Jcpenney in Cleveland, Tennessee - Cashier fails to take security off and give receipt

I went to the jcpennys in my area to get some pants for work like I do usually, well as I paid for them and walked out the lady didn't take the security off and failed to give me a receipt or even tell me to have a good day. So I went home and came back to get it taken off no big deal right? Well another lady then accused me of stealing the pants, and I told her the cashier name was Anna and I was there at 4-4:30 and I paid her 37.31 and even described the exact dollars I gave to her, we she went to watch the cameras and then had to ask the cashier if it was really me. And then got angry with me because I tried to take it off myself because I live about 45 minutes from the store and I didn't feel like wasting gas for something that should have been done right.
