Over 10 days ago I ordered some clothing items from Penney's and have not received them yet. Unfortunately I did not keep a record of the transactions, and am wondering if Penney's can contact me with their records of the transactions.
My e-mail is HANKMULLE@gmail.com. HELP! The items were six pair of womens' underpants (cotton) and two pair of men's pajamas -- one winter and one summer.
Our nearest Penney's store is in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and should have all of the items. I plan to continue to pursue this matter, with the probability that my credit card statement (when it arrives) will prove beyond a doubt all of the details in the transactions.
