My experience is somewhat different. I was actually pleased with the product, but thoroughly displeased with the drapery consultant Durelle G.

Brown. After the draperies were installed, the installer and I noticed a rip in the fabric. He apologized and stated he will speak to Mrs. Brown about reordering.

Spoke with Mrs. Brown who stated she would reorder (hadn't at the time and it was already 3 weeks later). Anyway, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and didn't hear anything for more than a month so I called JC Penney decorating (800 number) and was told Mrs. Brown was no longer employed there and that she should have reassigned this reorder to her replacement.

She didn't and now its been two months.

There is nothing wrong with "moving on" to seek better employment but don't leave your "mess" behind. It speaks volumes.
