I have been a card holder with you for many years. I had an issue with your bonus Rewards I called the store they told me to call customer service which I did the first lady I spoke with Chantelle was very rude told me there was nothing they could do with my issue that it's just a loss I asked to speak with a manager the manager which her name was Annette was extremely rude pretty much told me oh well told me to call corporate if I didn't like their decision my complaint is I went to the Spectrum in Tucson I was there from 11:30 to about 1:45 I went shopping on Sunday for my grandkids school clothes I got the bonus after spending $230 they told me to use it by Wednesday I went in on Wednesday at 11:30 got in their line about 12:30 waiting their line until about 145-150 couldn't wait in line any longer I had to pick up grandkids from school there was about 13 14 people in line with two cashiers and many employees just standing around talking the store was a mess stuff all over the floors you couldn't even push your cart through there I understand when the sales go on that the place becomes a mess it's pretty hectic I get that but don't you think knowing that you're going to have this big cell you should have more than two cashier's standing at the registers thank you for your time sincerely Dekens email grandma145437@gmail.com
