Jcpenney in San Antonio, Texas - Over Charged

I just got billed for an amount that goes over my documented amount by six hundred dollars!!! I spoke with Customer Service to calculate all my purchases, and even my purchases they have on file don't add up to this new amount. I make all my payments on time so the given amount should be much lower. What in the world is going on JCP? Are they trying to recoup money lost from customers that skip out on their CC bill or what? No way I'm paying six hundred dollars on invisible purchases that I have nothing to do with!!!! How do I get them to ackowledge their error?.

Jcpenney in Citrus Heights, California - Inquiring about order with shipping fees and delayed delivery dates

I ordered over $100 in charges and expected free shipping. Once the discount was applied it was $113 with shipping fees and tax. I will cancel the order if you will not honor free shipping.

It's the total BEFORE tax, you can't do $90 with $10 Tax.

To return items that you have ordered on line through their web site, you have to pay for the shipping. Of course they say you can return to a JCPenny store for free, but that can take up to 2 HOURS. First if I had a JCPenny store convenient and close I would shop there and save myself all this frustration. Second. why do I want to wait around a store, I will no longer shop at, for 2 HOURS to get a return.

Jcpenney - Poor quality on TWO pieces of jewelry from JCP

I purchased diamond hoop earrings from JCP several years ago. Within 3 months the bar going into my earlobe broke right off. Several months later I purchased a 5 diamond ring and realized some 6 months later, one of the diamonds was missing. Unfortunately, I was discouraged and just set them aside. Today, I read other poor reviews & wanted to reinforce this quality concern! Don’t buy jewelry at JCP.

Jcpenney - JCP Rebate SCAM

Sent in my forms, receipt and barcode. This was in May, called today they never received my submission isn't that convenient? So they don't have to send me the Visa gift card as promised. This is a scam! They can look up the receipt of my purchase it's not like I didn't buy the product. JCP is a RIP OFF!!! Don't buy something thinking you'll get a rebate offer!

I tried several times to place an order for a dress on line with no success. So I called the 800 number and the operator said because I had so much trouble placing the order she would not charge me for the $8.95 shipping charge. I had to return the dress because it was too large and paid $8.50 postage to return it.by mail because our JCPenny local store had closed. When I inquired about my credit for the return I was told that they received the dress but they would be deducting the $8.95 original shipping because they had no record that their operator placed the order. So I ended up spending $17.45 for a $29. 95 dress. JC Penny should keep their word.
