Coustomer service

I put in an order and my granddaughter said she didn't like the jeans so I tried to cancel. They told me I could not because I put the order in at 1:30 but that was not true. I tried to explain that I had done it a half hour before I called and they didn't believe me. So now I have to wait until the item's come in and have the store cancel them. That ties up my credit for buying school clothes. I'm not happy at all.

User's recommendation: Make sure you or who your buying for really wants the item's before you buy.

Upset customer

I need to cancel my order because I am going out of town and it won't arrive in time. I need the merchandise before going out of town and customer service refuses to cancel my order and won't allow me to speak to any manager or supervisor. The same woman answers the phone for every online phone number for JCPenny, therefore, your problem will never get resolved.

Can't lookup my rewards program on my phone app

I still cant look up my rewards on my app they didnt help one bit Im still a little pissed off and will be for a while

To place an order. Using JC Penney charge

Refund

We ordered a large area rug that arrived damaged. We immediately returned the rug and advised JCPenny of the damage and that the rug was damaged during shipping and needed to be returned. After 5 weeks and consistent contacts with the customer service representatives we still have not been able to get our refund. Were been told they havent received the rug via UPS?? When weve requested to speak to a supervisor during three phone calls with customer service reps we where disconnected after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Unbelievable!! Well never order anything for JCPenny again!! The refunded is for $474.87.

Im not pissed! When I was asked to enter my birthday to access your system I was only given a calendar starting with today's date and would have to scroll all the way back to 1953. I couldn't just enter my birthday and move ahead.

Got my order one item is missing

ShockedNever received my item. No information was available when trying to check the tracking number?! Just said information unavailable.

Done with this company

I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for two days now. Tried to put an order through and it would not take my JCPenny card. Called the card people and she was rude. She said a new card was sent in May/21 but never received it. I have been using my old card until now. Also been trying to contact customer service about my order but cant get an agent on phone. This use to be so easy. Have spent lots of money this past month in the store but After this experience it will be no more. Unexceptionable service Made me feel

Apology

Horrible service!!!!

I order custom vertical blinds, was waiting for my order more than month. Finally received in wrong size. I called customer service. No apology, only sent me prepaid label to return. But who is going to cover the expenses for installation and removal from the wall. I was asking for discount, but only return label was offered. Horrible service!!!

Wrong size of windows vertical was received

I have placed the order for a custom vertical blinds and was waiting more then month. Finally I got it in wrong size. I contacted customer service and was asking to return back. But whos going to pay for instillation and removal from the wall?? No discount was offered. Horrible service. I would never use JCP.

JCPenney - Order problem
Tried to go to checkout to pay items manufactured by berry look which is one of your subsidiaries and the checkout people couldnt handle the issues

User's recommendation: Check out all subsidiaries with jcpenney’s and see what there billing procedures are before adding items to cart and expecting to pay with jcpenney credit card.
