Watch your carefully | Jcpenney review

I made my October and November payments over the telephone on 10/8/19 and 11/8/19 JCPs called to tell me that my payments we due so I called to let them know that they have been paid. Today 12/ 13/2019 at approximately 1:00pm I was trying to make a purchase of $200.00 and was denied. I have spoken to different representatives and not one of them has helped me to take care of a mistake that they've caused and im getting blamed and denied for their wrong doing. I have been a Pennys customer for years and have never been so embarrassed in my life when my card didn't go through. I will be closing my account soon. Susan Brown

Details
Ordered men's briefs. Never received them after 2 1/2 weeks. Wife called; no answer. She went to store to possibly get the order. Nobody could give her any answers about the location of order. All they knew is that it shipped. Penney's then cancelled the order without notifying us. The order was lost. My wife called the Spring Hill, Fl. store only to be told the order had been cancelled. They did not inquire about maybe reordering the order or anything. Very bad customer service. Could have personally went to store and just bought the briefs. Very bad shopping experience!!

Trying to be able to talk to someone in customer service not a computer. I placed a order on11-11-19. i still have not received it yet. States was out for delivery 11/22/19. I was being charged different prices by the salon and I was having the same service done I also had to cancel a couple of appointments and I was told by The Stylist not to do that with the receptionist but to contact her directly I spoke with the store manager to help Rectify it it was not I got into a texting and phone confrontation with the stylist that left me very humiliated and frustrated and ultimately The Stylist told me she does not want to do my hair anymore so now I'm left with finding someone else
