I stayed on hold for 1:13 minute to inquire about my order. My call was answered by a very nasty agaent out if Kansas #4324-11474..as provided by the next agent I spoke to after ebding my call with the first agent. I have been a customer at JCP more than 20 years and I never experienced such horribly nasty and rude service.
