I've been buying JCPenney products through Brads and no one has a record of this. It's not JCPenney problem but it is Brads His company is not even getting back with me And JCPenney just gives a person the run around , person after person and then they just hang up on a person. Last two days been *** dealing with them. Better business is going to hear how this all went down. Sorry to drag your name, in this but it has to be mentioned because of basically stealing money out of my bank acct. account

Are your employees being trained correctly.

Your system says I received items and that I am waiting for another item. 1. System says I'm waiting but I received it last week. 2. System says I received 4 items but I received only 2. Neither your in-house, phone reps knew how to fix these problems

My order - over charge.

I don't have a JCPenney account but this guy was a little hard to deal with stating I don't and didn't have any products through JCPenney. I told him I have products I have bought through you all. He then thought I'm up to no good. What are you trying to do? His attitude made me think , that I was trying to be a crook. Then he finally realized, after I told him I buy on line, he then gave me a phone number plus put me through to another JCPenney number that was wrong. The right one, I now have !! wait and

About my account

I got my account paid off to a zero balance. Now they are impacting my credit. By stating that I am 119 days past due. Or 4 payments past due. With a zero balance owed. WTF!!!!! I am working on getting my credit report repaired. And this isn't helping me out ANY WHATSOEVER!!!! I'm so furious right now.

Stop Cancel Culture. Youve lost a customer.

I wanted their response for supporting cancel culture. Wouldn't comply with request for why. *** nice on phone. I could tell that the person I spoke with didn't like my opinions.

Did get my package

I was looking forward to my package from JCPenney it was a for my they send it back to warehouse never had this problem before getting my package hurt feel for me and my daughter

Lost package

I had a death in family and I was not home when items were delivered. The rep was nice enough but their policy is a little daunting! While out of town, dealing with this I had to file a police report to get items refunded!

Online order charge to paypal

I did not confirm an order that was charge to PayPal l. The order was never confirmed and I was charge any way.

I have spoken to JC PENNY corporate customer service twice now and not once has a supervisor emailed me or contacted me. This is complete unprofessionalism and completely disrespectful.

I have called JC PENNY CUSTOMER CARE twice now and have gotten no response!! I had a terrible experience and have had no contact from a manager or supervisor or anyone regarding this matter. I will take this higher but I should not have to. Please email me or call me
