Faulty merchandise

We purchased a curtain shower rod and the rod did not extend to the 72 inches. We tried everything but I think the manufacturer didnt supply the extension. We tried contacting the company that manufactured it and no one answered the phone. We tried 11 times. Everyone has these automated systems today and trying to reach a customer service person is impossible. Finally we managed to get someone from JC Penney and they issued credit on the account

I purchase a cuisinart mixer on 12-12-21, returned it 12-13-21 unopened. The Employee a older White female with glasses, short dark hair. Asked me was it dirty. I told her I wouldn't bring anything back dirty!!! I am a Black 61 year old woman. She said she had to asked and she will say it was defected!!!! , rude, not the truth! The item was never removed fro. The box. I have heard this woman say rude things to customers before, like next time dont remove the tags if you not sure about keeping an item!

I ordered a pair of earrings on Black Friday that were $27.72 and I havent received them as of today but according to the JCPenney app they have been delivered.

Wrong order

I ordered a 10 qt air fryer for 99.99 and received a 50.00 2 qt air fryer instead. Will be returning it tomorrow.

Have not received merchandise

I have not received my boots I order. It was implied I had already picked them up. I sure would like to know where my boots are.

Order issue

The order was accidentally sent to the wrong address. We tried changing the address and was told without prior notice that we had a 30 minute window to change the order.

User's recommendation: It should be put on your app and web site that that is the case so that issues like this don’t occur.

Coustomer service

I put in an order and my granddaughter said she didn't like the jeans so I tried to cancel. They told me I could not because I put the order in at 1:30 but that was not true. I tried to explain that I had done it a half hour before I called and they didn't believe me. So now I have to wait until the item's come in and have the store cancel them. That ties up my credit for buying school clothes. I'm not happy at all.
