Trying to activate my card and what a hassle that was
I spent the last 3 days trying to send through an order after I thought I'd activated my card then. I spent well over an hour today alone on the phone and then the computer trying to activate the card just so I could send the order through. Then I call the rewards department and they couldn't give me any rewards cuz I didn't have a missing or lost item or a delayed item. So like who do you contact to have them issue you an extra award for all of your time and frustration and the inconvenience, especially after having surgery that this has caused me. I was ready to throw this card away. They need to update their computer system and check it because it kept redirecting me and I got through everything and then it would tell me. Please hang up and call back with this this and this and this was after I just plugged in all of that information. Frustrated beyond explanationion right now User's recommendation: Choose a company that you get to talk to real people

I'm calling the 1 800 customer service number provided and after the recording it hangs up so I cannot get my issue resolved!
Deliver product or service ordered
Well I paid 36$ for next day delivery 6 days sn still haven't gotten my package
If you offer a service an you dont hold up your end of the deal as a retail store like me but small I usually give the person the merchandise if it hinders them from doing thare job
User's recommendation: Do not trust jc penny to mail things quick an do not pay 36$ extra.
