I was told I had to return them to the store. I am a 69 year old handicap homebound person who doesnt get out much. Very dissatisfied with cs.

Lost items

All has been straightened out! I have gotten a refund for the lost items. I would still use JCPENNEY. I have ordered from them for years.

Store returned the mercandise that I ordered without proper notification... plus there was a parade in front of the store that prevented me from getting to the store to pick it up in a timely manner.

I wasn't notified in advance that the merchandise I purchased was returned. There was a St Patrick's Day parade in front of the store so I decided to pick it up the next day and it already left the store that morning. When I ordered it said it would take 3 to 7 days to come in, so I left town for a week and when I returned I found out the stuff came in earlier than what I expected.

Rebate Scam

JCPenney - Rebate Scam
I submitted a rebate on 11/26/2021 and received a tracking number shortly after and a link to track status. Today 2/4/2022 more than two months since submitted date, I click on the link and it took me to a rebate submitting, not rebate tracking. I searched online for a way to enter tracking number manually, but found none. Stay away from JCPenny.

UNABLE TO GET CREDIT FOR RETURNED PRODUCT.

APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AGO, UPS PICKED UP AN ORDER I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE DAY AFTER I RECEIVED IT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL THIS TIME FOR THEM TO CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE RETURNED PRODUCT. AFTER A TIME CONSUMING AFTERNOON TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE (AFTER BEING GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT PHONE #S) I WAS TOLD THAT THEIR WAREHOUSE HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE FM UPS YET, AND UNTIL THEY DID, THEY COULD NOT REFUND THE $48.88 I SPENT. THIS IS

Rewards

I tried to use my $30 rewards the day they expired and was checking out at 11:35 pm and the website said they expired. I was never told that they expire based on a different time zone. I have called multiple times and have been told sorry, theres nothing I can do or I have been hung up on twice.

Problem with an

Talked with a customer service rep she couldnt find the bed that needs to be returned. She gets gel and finds it the tells me that they will send a label to return a bed when theyre supposed to pick it up. I explained that I was told before to call the day before and UPS will pick up the damaged bed.

Rebate form

They make it next to impossible to obtain a rebate form from their online services. You must jump through too many hoops to get one. The merchandise I ordered was returned. They lost my online business.

My order is missing. It was store pick up it say I pick it up but i didn't

I order 2 pairs boots for $19.99 each. I picked up one pair. The sales clerk informed me one the pair of boots had not come in yet. When I check on line to had it arrived but the information I read said I had already pick it up

Customer service rep could not find record of returned item.

Rep. said it takes 21-24 days to process the return. Mailed back on 10/8 with provided Return Label. The last four #s of the order are: 0878. Invoice #: R101-7****, item description:- Stf Lalo Bc Pjs XXL Nvy Pld 01; Item #: RP505-****D. Should be credited back to PayPal. Please notify me when refund is processed. Thank you.

Never got my 4 shirts

Ordered 4 white dress shirts on August 13th on the 15th I got a tracking number ! Still never got my 4 shirts! How do you print a label and pack them, but they never made it to UPS. I'm so mad! Long time family who buys from JC Penny's but in this: day and age I can get them from Kohl's.

Trying to order a specific product it's hard to get

Just trying to get more information about a product from From their E chat System and trying to get them to give me free shipping since I met the financial requirements but when I got the discount that lowered the price down to below the requirements for free shipping and they kept saying you need to buy something else and I really dont need to buy anything else in the chat system just kept saying you got a buy something else its only one penny difference ! They E chat system Has very little knowledge or not able to provide information about products except general information. !
