Finally a person answered and asked me to call the number on the back of the card. I explained to her twice that it send me to pay until the 5th of February and she kept reciting the same call the number on the back of the card as if she was a animated choice, even thought I explained to her that I needed to have things done right because I am trying to built my credit.

Ordered men's briefs. Never received them after 2 1/2 weeks. Wife called; no answer. She went to store to possibly get the order. Nobody could give her any answers about the location of order. All they knew is that it shipped. Penney's then cancelled the order without notifying us. The order was lost. My wife called the Spring Hill, Fl. store only to be told the order had been cancelled. They did not inquire about maybe reordering the order or anything. Very bad customer service. Could have personally went to store and just bought the briefs. Very bad shopping experience!!

I purchased diamond hoop earrings from JCP several years ago. Within 3 months the bar going into my earlobe broke right off. Several months later I purchased a 5 diamond ring and realized some 6 months later, one of the diamonds was missing. Unfortunately, I was discouraged and just set them aside. Today, I read other poor reviews & wanted to reinforce this quality concern! Don’t buy jewelry at JCP.

I applied for jc credit card at sephora. At that time I paid for my purchases.

Never received card but did get a bill for over $2000. They said card was sent to correct address. Apparantly not! They said it would be disputed and made it sound simple.

We'll see about that. My credit score is already lowered, as whoever used the card used 90 percent of credit.

I'll continue to post how this ordeal goes. Not very optimistic.

Do you people read what people try to tell you? I had bought the pull on, elastic waist demin jeans by Cabin Creek for years. For the last several years I have not been able to purchase. After reading about 336 disappointed customers that also bought different Cabin Creek jeans/pants and have not been able to get you would think you people would listen! Why have you not brought back this brand into your stores? I don't understand why you don't listen to yiur custmers complaint. You need to bring back Cabin Creek brand pants in all sizes!
