Have not received all my pictures
I took epic on 5/18/23 and have not received all of my purchase. I have only received bits and pieces. The majority has yet to ship. I was actually sent one picture in one part of the shipment. Why only 1 picture? Every time I call I get the recording then voicemail is full. Why doesnt anyone answer the phone at the JCPENNY Portrait at Parks Mall in Arlington, TX? I have my receipt and will be in there ASAP!
User's recommendation: Avoid JCPENNY due to lack of accountability when pics don’t arrive.

A failed delivery…but I’ve already been charged!
Ordered dressnever received. Have gotten No satisfaction from Customer Service calljust told me to wait!!! It was due April 25thit is now May 2nd!

Since I didn't receive an invoice for my item which came UPS. I wanted to know if my Rewards were applied. uestions regarding shipping
Representative was no help due to language barrier. Asked to speak to someone else ,but I was refused. Representative said she had to finish out the call. Dont know how or what she was finishing up on the call because she couldn't understand what I needed. She kept trying to place an order over the item I had already recieved.
