Return two items on my order

Was told I had to return them at the store, I am a 69 year old handicap wheelchair and home bound who doesnt get out much. Dont even know where there is a JCPenney thats why I ordered online.

I can not get through your phone system to pay my bill

1. There are never enough customer service reps available. The whole second floor had not even one cash register open. 2. I can not get thru the phone system, as I always do, to pay my bill. Its very frustrating.

Lost package

My comforter set that was almost $200 I paid for and it was suppose to be here by the 20th is STILL NOT HERE and fedex has no idea where it is and JCPenney has t resolved this issue still and its almost a new year. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my wife and die to JCPenneys careless customer service, I havent even been able to replace the probably lost in transit comforter set. You lost a good customer JCPenney.

The guy on customer service was a moron he told me I already told you 16 minutes ago I need to hang up you never did talk me through the situation I just canceled the order

Tried to place an order could hardly understand the rude customer service person never was able to complete order he couldn't wait to get off the phone no wonder you guys have two stars get somebody could understand English in is not rude

An order wasnt received

My order was placed on November 3rd today is December 4th I still have yet to receive my order I'd say a month is a little long for something to be shipped out upon calling they're saying that it should be shipped out this weekend it's already Saturday if it's not here on Sunday I can't even get a refund because my card has been hacked. So now I'm out money and I'm out the product. This is very poor customer service

Line of credit

I have a BIG problem with JCPENNY. My credit score went down by 30 points because JCPennys lower my credit balance by 3500.00. I worked my way up in building that line of credit. I had and excellent payment history for years. I now only have a very low credit line with jcp And my FICO score that I also worked hard to built has dropped. The store near me had closed and I also wasnt giving any type of notice that it would be lowered. I have been mistreated very badly. And customer service was very rude in answering questions about this..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The neck lace I chose was the tree of life engraved on one side of disc and blank on other side. The chain and pendant are 14 karat Goldt

Chat quit, I had to enter all my personal information over 6 times, customer service could not help me find answer to my questions to what should be common knowledge and find the answer. I even gave him the item number.

Why my credit limit changed for no reason

Applied for card, given $1200 limit. I had at least 3 other cards with a $1500 limit. Overnight, the limit was changed to $170 due to lack of experience with cards of the original limit

Been waiting over a month for my card

1. Takes TOO LONG to speak to a human!!! 2. When asked to verify my address, they asked me for my address. I want you guys to tell me what address you have and I will verify it. Why do I need to tell you my address, I know it , it's your job to verify/ confirm it. 3. Why didn't the person doing the application for the credit card verify everything.
