Cust Svc experience at stonecrest horrible long lines rude staff and one lady made the same error 3 times & insisted on arguing with customers.

Unbelievable. I can't believe how long the lines were and how rude customer service managers were in the return section. Treated ppl like they stole something with proof of purchase. Asked one lady for her ssn. I was appauld.

Return policy

I went to J.C. Penneys stone crest mall the managers lacked return policy procedures Marilyn arguing back and forth with customer when it clearly states in JCPenney return policy my sister didnt ask for refund but store credit on gift card this woman refunded the amount back to credit card these items were gifts purchased online then another male manager came and asked for social security to pull up card that was used I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful At retail for returning items almost felt like they were on some racial profiling on returning items that had a receipt Im just floored how these people treat paying customers DONT SPEND BLACK Dollars at JCPENNEY the pandemic didnt teach you no lessons well maybe GOD visit you all personally I rebuke Marilyn and her crew at JCPenney stone crest Uncle Toms in full effect no one should be asked for social security to shop An apology is due and proper etiquette in customer service is definitely needed I will call corporate and headquarters to let them know how ignorant you all are at JCPENNEY Stonecrest Georgia NEVER WILL I SHOP AT JCPENNEY eapecially if you have people like this in management User's recommendation: NO BLACK DOLLARS SPENDING AT JCPENNEY BOYCOTT

No help at all

JCPenney - No help at all
I tried to request an extra day hold on my .com order at the store in St. Cloud. Nobody was available to answer the phone. I called the corporate number and was told I had to call the store with my request . Ive tried and tried. No answer. The order will be cancelled on the 18th I can pick it up on the 19th.

3 days trying to get a return label, still nothing.

I order from the net. Always check out as GUEST as years back was told by a customer rep "is much safer".true, but when you try to send back, not so good. So as I said for 3 days they keep saying they are sending a label, good thing I'm not holding my breath. Now I got the gentleman on the phone, we go round and round and whatever he claims to be sending, is not printing or showing up. He then says to me, "can't help you today" and hangs up..At least I think that's what he said, so hard to understand these workers they hire. So I am done with Penney's. They send no invoices, or labels with their items. They don't deserve my monies... User's recommendation: Don't Online Shop.

Correction of address for delivery

Never buying JCPenny online their CS wasnt able to resolve the issue which OnTrac set as a refusal instead of missing/incorrect address. OnTrac only gives JCPenny a 30 min window before refusing to make any changes to be able to re-deliver package. No one answers a phone its all automated and there isnt a mention of the 30 min window. Now I have to wait for the item to go back to their whse in OH from CA then refunded for them to resend it or credit me. The CS rep never bothered to even get the correct address. Jose was useless! This is very frustrating!!!

Ordered dress online & have been charged already….no dress! It has not come….I will NEVEr order from JCPenney again! Where is my dress???

Failed delivery.dress ordered online & has not been delivered! I was not given a confirmation but of course JCPenney has charged my account already! If dress does not arrive by Tuesday I am reporting JCPenney AND cancelling my jcp card!

User's recommendation: DONT order from JCPenney online.
