Issue was resolved by calling jcp HQ directly. Store manager is useless -- offered to help over a month ago and never heard back from him. Upgraded to District Manager and could not get in touch with him unless I left a nasty message on jcp FB...

My rating of 2.8 stars is because I like the merchandise I get at JCP. Love the jeans and bras I buy. If I could only rate the credit card customer service, I'd give them zero stars.

They gave us back $220 on the first ring so I could send it in for replacement to the manufacturer. The second ring was finally sent to a local jeweler and repaired an sized properly.

JCP does not have quality Jewelry they never have. The care plans are misleading JCP is for suits for men drapes not Jewelry they carry the very worst stuff the modern bride is sterling silver with platinum coating lab created sapphires the diamonds are not quality I wouldn’t want my jewelry from junky jcp jewelry department

Resolved: Jcpenney - Very Unprofessional!

I've been working for Jcpenney for three years never had a complaint about any customers until the new manager of the salon came in and treated me terrible I stood up to her and ever since she always gave me the ugly eye and got rid of me by moving me to another department because I didn't have the "personality" when I've been working there longer than she has. I will never return to that place called salon, there is so much un-professionalism and favoritism it's not a good place to work at because if they don't like you they will make you feel belittled and that you're not good enough. So that store has a lot of flaws specially because the store manager lets herself be manipulated by everyone so she can make her managers happy when she doesn't even think of her workers feelings.

I can relate. I just had a horrible experience ordering from JCP.com and I will never order from them again!

Gross incompetence coupled with methods that are completely behind the times. Never again!

After being told the delay for my refund was because of my bank, I talked to my bank and they informed me that is not true.

I called JCPenney again and informed them if they didn't refund me within 7 days I would open a dispute through the bank.
