Jcpenney - Depot stole gold from my ring.
Brought my heavy gold ring to get a lost diamond put in and to get it Rodium plated and when I got it back it weighed half of what it did. They hollowed out the inside of my ring. They scraped as much gold out of it as possible without going through to the other side. I am so heartbroken . I loved this ring so much and now to have it back like this is unbelievable! Beware in sending and piece of jewelry you really love to this depot! I wish I hadn’t.

scholarlybullterrier254, I'm sorry you went through this aggravation. Being an avid JCPenney shopper for years, I hate to read that people had bad experiences with them.

However, in this case, the fault is yours. If you look at the top of the rebate form it shows the model numbers of what models qualify for the rebate. When you wrote the model numbers at the bottom, you wrote the model numbers of parts and accessories. You needed to write the model number of the APPLIANCES.

You wrote htx24eask0ws for the dryer. The correct model number is htx24easkws. For the washer, you wrote htw240ask4ws. The correct model number is htw240askws.

Therefore, the fault is yours and you, yourself, disqualified your appliances by not filling out the rebate form correctly. How can you slam a business when it was YOU who has made the mistake?

If only people would take a moment to look things over carefully..... tsk, tsk, tsk

We bought my grandson 8 pair (size 8 husky) because finding his size was difficult and these were the first we found that fit- sadly that was 4 weeks ago and every single pair are ripped in the knee already (and he’s not an overly tough kid) two pair developed holes near the front pocket with no explainable reason! I have never seen such flimsy quality and am highly disappointed in penny’s!

@jcpenney this was hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM @jcpenney !!! I purchased a beautiful king bedframe, they came and set it up and it was broken in a few places and they refuse to correct the mistake unless I pay a restocking fee! Not only that the delivery was 3 hours late with no one to contact me to say if they were coming or not, so I sat home all day and night waiting..... I have spoken with several “escalation reps” and nothing has been done, they are condescending and rude ! One woman stated it was going to be taken care of, I waited 5 days and heard nothing. I call back and it was never taken care of , she lied!!! I cannot express enough NOT to purchase furniture from this company !!

I ordered window treatments from JCPenney In-Home Services on 2/17/18. I then paid JCPenney $15,064.58 for these window treatments.

As of 8/29/18 this project is still not complete. JCPenney re-measured my windows on 6/1/18 and supposedly re-ordered the materials....
