I went into J C Penney on Colerain Ave. in Cincinnati to buy some childrens clothes.
It was early Sunday morning and they had two cashiers checking out customers. The one cashier was dealing with some stupid woman who was returning something and had no receipt, did not know what credit card she used etc. This woman was holding up the line for at least the 20 minutes while I was standing there. She was still there when I left.
WHY are you holding up lines for someone who cannot produce a valid receipt for what they claimthey paid for. You are making paying customers wait while you are dealing with someone who is ripping off the company if they don't even know what credit card they used.
This is the second time this has happened while I was waiting in a long line. If these idiots cannot bring in a valid receipt they should have to go thru other channels to get their money back.
