Placed order for waverly curtains in store.Paid 92.00 & then NOTHING!!
No email updates on order. No customer service (called 5 times with average wait time 30 min. Never answered so i hung up.) The automatic responses at customer service said they had no information matching my order & sill did not connect me with a customer service agent. Finally got to their check order page on jcpenny site & it states order is pending.pending on what??
Is order at warehouse, in transit? Has it shipped? I order online frequently & this is the worse customer service experience i ever had. They reel you in with all these so called promotions, rewards & coupons.
Well jcpenny, How about some plain, simple customer service?! I wish i had read the reviews here first.
Hope i receive my order.Will never make this mistake again.
