Bought items in store and on line (store had limited variety of items). Paid bills of over $200.
Kept merchandise at approximately $70 value -- JCP can't figure out how to correlate what I spent vs what they owe me. Incompetent jcp.com people. Also, store manager called me about the issue 2 weeks ago. I called back last week to learn he was on vacation.
Called back today and he has the day off -- no return calls from him -- lousy store management except for manager named Laura.
Also assistance from jcp.com employee Okie. Store and jcp.com can't get their act together to provide appropriate assistance to customers -- they used to be my go to store -- in the future, will drive over an hour each way to Macy's -- they practice excellent customer ervice
