my online order was either stolen off my porch or delivered to another address. whats the store policy on this? will my items be resent out to me again?

I had to return an item at store. This order was paid for online using PayPal credit.

The staff in store kept asking me for the card There is no card for PayPal credit and they kept telling me I used PayPal to hide my information . They had no idea how to process the return.

I should have been issued a check or a store credit. Again there is no card when you pay online using PayPal credit line

How can I pay the 37.35 US on my JC Penney card when the company will not take my Canadian Visa card or debit card . I was told my the clerk in the store I could pay on line .

Canadians be wary of clerks info that have not be trained to deal with this situation . Called the custom help line but can do nothing for me . I want to pay my bill but they are making it impossible . Will my credit be affected by this !

I was told that my baby crib had a recall so I called jcpenney in Melbourne Fl. To see how I needed to go about getting this taken care of....i was told not to bring it there because they don't sell cribs at that store.

I was given a 1-800 phone number which I contacted and was told to bring the recall item to a store. I would like to know what I need to resolve this matter since there is a recall on it.
