Purchased a wedding ring a year ago in February. It has been in the shop nine times.

Let's just say the repair shop has had the ring more than I have. This is my second ring there with the same problem. The repair shop kept denying a buy back on it. So finally called corporate and they got the buy back on it.

Go to the store thinking they was going to put my money on my debt card which is the same way I paid for it NOPE. They told me only a gift card or they could put it in my JC Penny card,I wasn't happy about that. Called corporate again and they said they will approve for it to be put back on my original way I paid for it. That they was going to email the store and let them know.

So I went to let Lisa the GM of the store know and she states that she don't believe it, that corporate don't take care of nothing and told me good luck. So we shall see what happens.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
