I ordered 10 panels at Black Friday price. I paid $34.99 on 11/20.

Then only received 8 panels. I called told the other two was shipped separately. Then realized Black Friday price was $29.99. I call they gave me $50 back.

Still I was paying tax on all of the original price. A week later still no curtains. I called multiple times being on hold for 20-40 minutes with no answer. Yesterday I got thru st 7 am.

They said the $50 was a refund for two panels. They would order me more. No I already paid. I was charged $21.38.

Then I messaged Jcp they said Carolyn, We have adjusted the tax on order 2017-3245-8063-6828. A refund of $2.80 should post onto your account within 3-5 business days. On order 2017-3346-2017-7212, we show that you were given a $9.99 price per panel. This cannot be adjusted/ discount What?

I had already paid for them. Do not order from JCP.

What is the point of this post? I work at JCPenney in the window coverings department and didn't understand a single thing you said.


That is one confused, rambling story.
