I ordered a washing machine in April 2018. They told me that it would deliver on 7/5/18.
So I took off work to wait for the machine. I was robo called on 7/4 that the machine would be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30 on 7/5. So far so good. Received another robo call on 7/5 that their truck broke down and they would deliver on 7/6 -- like I don't have anything else to do.
Why couldn't they rent a U-haul or Ryder truck? Well I have plans for the 6th and I told them to deliver on the 7th, which is Saturday. They said no but could deliver on the 17th. I called the store manager and he said he would call me back.
Someone else called me back and said they would deliver on the 10th. I told them the 7th again and they said no. I told them to keep the washing machine.
I will go elsewhere. And they wonder why they are going out of business.
