I bought clothes both from the local JC Penney store and online -- their accounting leaves much to be desired -- I paid over $200, returned all but 5 pieces of merchandise and they have incorrectly figured out my merchandise credit -- have been trying to deal with this for 2+ months with no luck. Have been on hold as someone else tries to figure it out for over an hour.

Had a manager call me Friday as he said he was working on the issue.

Tried to reach him yesterday and today and learned he was on vacation. Pretty lousy communication that he doesn't tell me he'll be gone
