@jcpenney this was hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM @jcpenney !!! I purchased a beautiful king bedframe, they came and set it up and it was broken in a few places and they refuse to correct the mistake unless I pay a restocking fee! Not only that the delivery was 3 hours late with no one to contact me to say if they were coming or not, so I sat home all day and night waiting..... I have spoken with several “escalation reps” and nothing has been done, they are condescending and rude ! One woman stated it was going to be taken care of, I waited 5 days and heard nothing. I call back and it was never taken care of , she lied!!! I cannot express enough NOT to purchase furniture from this company !!

JCPenney credit card is held by Synchrony Bank. You need to work with Synchrony Bank and find out what is going on. JCPenney employees cannot look up customers credit card accounts.

In 1966 I was in Reno, Nevada to get married. as I went to get dressed I realized I had forgotten to bring a garter belt to hold up my stockings.(no pantyhose in those days) It is just after 8 am on Sept. 8 and NOTHING was opened. I was to meet my husband to be at 9am at the courthouse. I called all over the place and got no response untill I called Penny's. I explained my situation to the man who answered the phone and he offered to help. I went to the door he indicated and he let me in the store. Lo and behold, I had 3 or 4 men in suits help me pick out a girdle to hold up my stockings. I purchased it and left, getting to the courthouse in time, and got married that morning. We were married for 26 years, untill my husband died. We frequently talked about that impromptu shopping trip. Today I ask for your patience with an old woman. I just wanted to say Thank You! again for your patience and understanding in helping a 19 year old girl realize her dream and marry the man she chose. You were my hero. Thank you!

After waiting a month for a mattress and box spring for my 91yo mother...I get an automated call from XPO instructing me to call back regarding delivery. When I call back I am instructed by a voice message that my delivery is scheduled for the following day --a work day between 7a and 10a. I am given the option to call and reschedule which I do just to be told that the time cannot be changed and the entire delivery would have to be rescheduled. I am asked to call first thing in the morning to reschedule the time....which I do. I am basically then told that I am a liar because the delivery time can never be changed. How do they accommodate people who work,,,,,may be all of their clients do not work. While I am on the phone....the delivery man is at my home waking up my 91yo mother. the mattress and box spring are left in my dining room and the old items could not be removed. I should not have to be inconvenienced for delivery of items I have purchased and waited a month for. I should be able to have control of when I can take delivery.....not simply given a day and time frame without working with me. Inconceivable...Last time I order if XPO is the delivery agent.

My husband is 6'4" and we shop accordingly so that his clothing fits. This morning another Stafford shirt went in the trash. The elbow with his shirts have ripped and been ruined not less than 50 times. Up until now we took full responsibility only coming to realize that we didnt do anything wrong. Stafford dress shirts are junk and I intend on telling every person I know until the day I am put in the ground. Like many companies, Stafford suckers people into believe they have found quality. Thanks for wasting our monley on yet another product that never considers integrity.
