Terrible online experience! Ordered a gift and was told it would arrive in 4-7 business days.

Well, after eight days I was informed the item was no longer in stock! When I placed my order it was in stock, and if it was out of stock they should have informed me right away. It is still showing available on their website, so be careful, I will not count on them anymore! It's a shame that JCP as we used to know it is no longer around.

If the new CEO wanted such drastic changes he should have started his own company, and not ruined JCP! Online shopping with JCP used to be so easy, but the new way they are doing things is terrible! Their website is a mess. It shows tons of things and when you try to add to your cart it says "unavailable." Then they show as in stock when they are not, I'm sorry, but eight days after an order has been placed to inform your customer it is no longer in stock, is inexcusable!

Get it together JCP! What a waste of my time!
