I wanted to buy Liz Claiborne pj's which were listed online as 27 using GOSHOP63. When I tried to checkout, it said Liz Claiborne was not honored with this coupon.

I talked to 3 different customer reps, spending more than 1 hour of my time. Each rep said the price should be honored but only a supervisor could fix it. Each time a supervisor was supposed to be on, my phone went to the call I had accepted as a follow-up or I got a busy tone.

I had asked that a supervisor could call me if I was not reached, but never got a call. I am very disappointed in Penney's online shopping.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Bad costumer service over the phone.
