Received part of my order but order summary said it was all there. Five items were missing and only three in the package.

The charge on the Order Summary was for all items. I called JC Penney and talked to a representative that asked me to hold while she checked into it further. After a few minutes of holding the line went blank. I called back and talked to someone else that said we had been credited for the missing items.

When I asked her to read them back to me she did but some items had different numbers and amounts were different than on the summary. She said that was because of a discount. I am hoping that everything evens out and we are not charged for anything extra. I am returning the other items as I am disgusted that this order was processed and the paperwork had said everything was there.

Penneys should have called me to see if I wanted a different size.

I would have ordered a regular size instead of the petite. BUT I guess they do not even know what is being sent as charges were even for things not sent!
