Beyond pissed is how I feel right now with JCP...

I found a ring on their website tried to order it & was told by the website to go to the store to order it because I needed a bigger size..

Went to the store to order it.. the lady that helped us wad really rude.

She told me there was no such ring & that they did not carry that designer.

My boyfriend found he matching necklace by that designer in one if their display cases & I pulled the ring up on & made her order it.

We were told that it would be shipped to our house & that we would have to bring it back to the store & have them ship it out to be sized.

Got the ring in the mail 2 days later took it back to the store.

Got to deal with another rude JCP associate.

This time the lady told me to not be suprised if they couldn't get the ring to be the right size.

I asked her why I wasn't told that when I ordered it & she said it all depends on who you get.

She sent it out anyways.

I wad told it would be back before Christmas because it went out before 12/17/12.

Guess what I still don't have my ring yet & they can't even tell me why.

Monetary Loss: $150.
