today I tried unsucessfuly to reach the beauty salon for over 1/2 hour.I treid four different known numbers and got no results.
I even had a store worker page the salon and still had no results. All I got was one ring after another. I could not leave a meessage since there was no phone recording allowing me to do so. Wondering what would happen if this was an emregency and one of the customers or employees had to be contacted?
Is this how J C Penneys regards theri customers? There should at lease be a recording if there is no attendent to take calls.
I understand that we all get busy at times, but there is no ecxcuse for not having one of the people taking the phone call.Thank you
