Order leather sofa on 17 August and still waiting for delivery, it's 14 October. Sales team have no idea where my order is but have been quick to charge my card several thousands dollars. V poor service. .

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM PENNEYS. Same thing happened to me.

Ordered a $3500 leather sectional on July 5th. Delivery date passed with no contact from Penney's. Called Customer Service every week for the next six weeks. They had no idea what happened to the sectional.

My credit card, by the way, was charged in Aug.

Finally cancelled order. Terrible Customer Service.
