Very disappointed you no longer offer Cabin Creek twill slacks. I've had mine for, well it seems like forever, and they're starting to wear.

Bought the lifetime warranty for both my diamond solitaire and the wedding band wrap. Diamond on solitaire fell out and they would not replace it, said they would put a CZ in or give me my money back on just the solitaire. Then I find out that payment comes in the form of a JCP gift card...seriously??

store did not have my size, the cashier ordered things on line at the store. I went to store 3x in a month. my order still not in. if I was to have order delivered to my home I would have to cancel order and reorder to be deliverded to my home. take even loner to get my order./poor service for on line delivery. I order in May and now in June.not sure if they will fit when ever I do get order and take it from there. will cancel whole order and get my refund and shop down the street(store).I was not told when order would be in. thank you dorothy Angry

Stores also have to follow a payroll budget which is set by corporate. A lot of it has to do with that.

I am a HR Supervisor at a Jcpenney store.

We have no control over what budget is set for our stores. We would love to be able to staff accordingly.
