Custom drapes ordered 11/2014. 2/15 drapes installed, poor installation job.

Holes put in walls where not needed and drapes were not correct size. Sales Rep. Came back to measure. Reordered and told they would expedite for 4 week delivery(needed by April event).

Nine weeks later called to inquire only to be told they were not in! The drapes have been paid in full by now. Week later they call to install. A 42 inch panel is now 77 inches!

Designer comes back, takes drapery to local seamstress, will call. Week later we call to inquire, drapes are ready. By now the party has taken place, everyone present now knows why you should NEVER use J C Penny! Install Mgr calls and sets an install date.

Cancel out day to be home, No one shows up. Next day installer calls asking to come and install,only my husband will be home but.....drapes were installed. Not ONE person has called to check on things. Filed a complaint with BBB and they have not responded to them either.

This was a complete circus of errors from top management on down.

I would caution anyone considering using Penny's service DON'T DO IT! Six months of stupidity.

This person wrote the review because of "poor service,bad quality,delivery," of drapes from Jcpenney. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Jcpenney to issue a partial refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
