I had order some work shoes for an event and once the seven days pass i followed up with there customer service rep and was informed that the order never had gone thru yet a few days before they told me that the order was on its way to the store. The rep said she would make sure to send it 2 day shipping for free just because the incident then when it did not arrive i called just to be told there was a glitch in the system and that order was never shipped. Its really disappointing that a store that big would not be able to call and tell the customer what the problem is with there order instead make the customer think that there order should be on the way.The manager that i spoke with all she could say after all this was that i was never charge and that there is nothing she could do about the order due to the fact that it was a glitch in a rude way What ever happen to customer service this store is really going down the drain
