It's been a nightmare trying to place an order. Customer Service needs much to be desired.

Rude, disconnect because the computer keeps saying change No it is correct. It has been 4 days trying to place this order. How are you going to stay in business if you can not place an order. I have my order ID and still they could not place the order.

It seems wrong. I hope this challenge could be place. Maybe try calling me. 617 818 **** by an employee that can place the order.

Or have a online service rep take my order. It is one or the worse service experiences by your employee they disconnected first a woman and then a man. Neither know how to place the order and frankly neither can I. Unless I use false information.

It seems paying on line for order wrong e mail. I was told couldn't find it. Then I tried to change still the same results not working. I called and waited one day I quit.

The next day I waited and go a girl she disappeared then I tried another number got a man same thing. Can anybody at JC Penny learn how to take an online order via the phone?never

JCPenney Cons: Customer service is non-existant, Her customer service skills need major adjustments.
