My fiance` and I ordered a washer, dryer, and refrigerator WITH ice makers connection kit (hoses and such)... This morning I received all three appliances but NOT the ordered and paid for icemaker kit.
We contacted a representative in OHIO that told us to try and contact them back in the morning and HOPE that the drivers are honest. We have been calling and texting the number that the driver called me from prior to delivery this morning... You guessed it, they will not answer or respond, and customer service doesn't seem to care; the representative was very dry and did not seem to care one bit. We paid hard earned money for the appliances AND kit and none of it was cheap.
This is really disappointing and discouraging. My family has dealt with this store for as long as I can remember, but at this point I will not be buying anything from JC Penny's again or recommending them to ANYONE I know.
