We have been going through the same situation. It's been more than 6 months that we have not received our complete order.

We called them dozens of times but nothing has been resolved we are in extreme pain due to this issue.

What else can we do? We have learned our lesson and will never ORDER again from JCPenny.

Ordered for Christmas took my time very diligent shopping & so excited about my "Great Deals and "Offers" I have been shopping online for over 15 years as I am medically disabled to me it is a godsend, never have had any problems with not receiving a package, UNtil NOW! I moved two and a half years ago 2 miles from former residence, I have since ordered online from JCPenney. Items delivered right to my door or to apt. office as per requested through UPS. This time 3 separate orders all went to previous Apt. Even after correcting old address that had been deleted over 2 y/ago. Calling customer service was worse experience ever, they make cable and consumers look like angels absolutely worthless in trying to resolve this. Both orders were in route. No way to intercept, one gals recommendation go there and wait on the UPS driver ? :{ Really it's 18 degrees here in Sub Zero Artcic temps. Um NO! I was lucky that the recipient of my first order was kind enough to look me up on Facebook and inform me he had my packages. So now I have to go bother this nice gentlemen twice again. I think JCPenny should send me a heated massager for my back & neck as I am now paralyzed with stress!

Clothing that I have bought from JCP, including a 3 pc set of ballerina pajamas bought for my 4 year old, have gotten the little fabric "pills" all over (after only worn twice and washed twice, mind you in the right temps for washing and drying). Also after only wearing and washing a couple of times the Disney clothes I bought for my daughter are worn out looking. The colors on the clothes look like they should be a couple of years old. Not just the quality in clothing, also home decor items have went down in quality. I bought a beautiful looking big clock , but when I received it I quickly realized that it was a piece of junk and immediately sent the clock back.

Jcpenney Manager Review from Traverse City, Michigan

I have been in the Traverse City Michigan location twice in the last week. Both times I was in there a manager named Shannon belittled employees in front of me, my husband and other customers. We could see the look of frustration on the cashiers face. However the cashier apologized for her managers conduct and was very professional. To bad I did not see the same level of professionalism from her manager.

Jcpenney in Iron Mountain, Michigan - Found a big more savivings on a website, for shoes and clothing.

I, in the past could find clothes thru this company. The past 2 years I spent enough at the store. My decision is that I am now a customer on line with a business and not only the clearance sales are great but they have wonderful clothing. I in the day could find cute clothes, but now it is older style woman clothing; icking!!! I want the old store back from 1974 to 1984. What's up with the fashions? Only older people clothes. When JCP put remolded the store in IRON MOUNTAIN MICHIGAN, it's never really had the cutest outfits/dress clothes/ jeans, I found back then, "WHY"???

Bad Over priced Hair Service At Jcpenney

I visited 2 Jcpenney's hair salon one was located in West land mall in Michigan on Warren Rd. And the hair dresser name c was trying to over charge me for a simple hair style, so I spoke to the manager name Allison and she went along and agreed with her over price. And they were very rude. And the other Jcpenney was located in Novi Michigan the hair dresser name was Ketcha and she was demanding that I give her a very large tip if she do my hair. So I just left and reported this to the salon Manager, and I do not know what action she will be taking regarding Ketcha. That's why I am writing to Jcpenney Customer Service Today. To let you know about this I fell that they are stilling in your Salon and I hope you will improve your Services in the near future. Thank You From A Customer

I placed an online order for 2 jackets. After receiving an email stating my payment couldn't be authorized, I called and was told it was my card so i changed to a different one card. It got denied too. So i called a 2nd time and the woman said it was the previous customer service person's fault and she'll fix it. So I got an order confirmation email and thought it was all done. So after 4 days, i went on the order confirmation email and clicked on the link to take me to my order review. After looking over to see if it was going to ship soon and it says real small that the order is cancelled. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, they stated it was indeed cancelled and the items were no longer in stock. You're out of luck. Even though the very first email clearly states they would keep the items on hold for me for 4 days. It had been 3 days. I'm speechless and am now realizing it wasn't my credit cards, it was them. Not one person helps in their call center. They do not know what they are doing. I'll never go to jcpenney again!!!!
