What happened to this store?? It used to be so good!

Started to checkout at Warwick Mall Store--1st check out had one worker with a long line of people. Lady at register had 2 boxes from which she pulled out about 20 items for returns---I would be there forever, so went to front of the store and the line was even longer! Went upstairs, and there was no salesperson at the check out. So went to the opposite side to the other checkout which said, "temporarily closed!" What is going on with your store???

No wonder JCPenney is floundering!

Trying to find a sales person seems like walking through a deserted store with no one in sight. Can you not hire more people to staff your store!!!!!!???????

Stores do have a payroll budget set by corporate. They can only staff according to the payroll budget.

Doesnt matter how busy or slow traffic in the store may be. You need to complain to corporate because management at the stores have no control over what budget corporate sets for them.
