In ordering a mattress online from Jcpenny I was informed that they allow returns on them. When I got the mattress that I order, I notice that the appearance of the mattress was not the same and it felt much harder than the one I tried in the store.
So, I returned the mattress for another one and paid a restocking fee. It took several weeks before it came and I was pleased with my new mattress. However, the delivery company was not able to take the mattress due to covid restriction. The truck company stated that the Jcpenny was fully aware of this and shouldn't allow customers to return at this time.
Jcpenny first stated that no, the trucking company is supposed to pick up and that I should call back within 48 hrs. So, I call back and Jcpenny states that they were just emailed on the 14th of this change and I have to wait 30 days before I can get it picked up due to the restrictions.

User's recommendation: don't order a mattress.
Monetary Loss: $900.
