I have tried three times to order something on JCP.com, it has been cancelled each time (because it is not in stock). However, the item is still for sale on their website. The third person finally admitted it was because I was getting a price that was too low, which is why they decided to cancel my order. SHAME ON YOU. All I want is to buy a watch at a good price. I am tired of the games that JCP is playing, if you priced it wrong, it is your fault, not mine. You need to honor your pricing on your website. Because of JCP my graduate will not get the gift that they want.

Jcpenney - FED-UP AND DONE WITH JCP.COM

I tired to order some clothing though the JCP website and for SIX HOURS I had problems with either having my account locked, my VALID credit card on file being rejected, and every password that I reset being labeled "invalid / not in our records." I called CS as soon as it opened (website said 6:00 am). My first call was dropped as soon as it was answered, then I called again. The CS agent said "the call center is not really open until 7:00." WHAT?? THE WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY SAYS 6:00 AM! WHAT THE *** ARE YOU ANSWERING THE CALL FOR THEN??? I told the agent my problem, and she said "it sounds like an IT problem," and she "would pass this info along to that department." WTF!?I told her I need help NOW, and she replied that department is not open until "later today," and the only thing she could do for me right now is to place an order over the phone. Like I'm going to trust a screwed-up data system and someone at this poor excuse for a retailer NOT to f-up my order when I can't even verify in front of me what I'm ordering? I'm DONE with JCP!

I purchased a 1ct diamond cut engagement ring at a California location that cost me about 4,000 USD. The engagement ring had to be specially ordered from the factory since the one I wanted they didn't have at the store location. When I received it I took it to the store to have the lifetime warranty purchased and to make sure the ring was the one I wanted. I brought the ring with me back to where I am living overseas to propose to my girlfriend. After proposing, my now fiancé noticed the ring was not shining and was cloudy. I got a bit nervous but I was sure that the ring was of great quality, however, this was a huge mistake. The ring I purchased from JC Pennys is filled with carbon and is cracked!! How can it be that the MOST IMPORTANT thing to do, to purchase an engagement ring to show how much you love, care, and dedicate to the person you want to spend the rest of your life with is FAULTY! This is ridiculous! My fiancé is so sad, her family is as well. YOU HAVE RUINED MY ENGAGEMENT, JC PENNYS! Now that I am overseas there is no way to return it before the wedding. So in other words, I am screwed. I can't even get on the JC Pennys website here since it is blocked in the country. Unreal how devastated I am right now and just in shock. JC Pennys, selling cracked and carbon filled diamond rings. Way to go! Thanks for ruining the most special thing in life!

I will never again do any kind of business with JCP or JCP.COM. I placed and order for 4 pillows and one throw on jcp.com. The order went through all products where in stock per the website. I received 1 pillow. I called customer service to find out when o could expect the rest of my order to be told due to the pillows being " lost in transit " my order was cancelled . The blanket I ordered well it too was cancelled because it was back ordered . Ok well I'm glad I called to find out that Jcp cancelled all of my order with the exception of one damb pillow. I will never do any kind of business with you again .

I made on an online purchased on their jcp.com website, shortly after i received an email stating my order and that i will be expecting my items in a few days. After i received a call that my order was ready, I wen in to pick up my items. I noticed I was missing 2 items from my order. I had to call costumer service to find out 1 of my items had been canceled and my other item did not get shipped. My 1st item was canceled and I was never notified.

Jcpenney - T_SHIRT VIA *** DIOS CAMO,

Where do i begin, after shopping for a camo shirt for a retreat i was going on i hit the mall. Started at macy's my preferred choice but nothing camo was there, strolled through the mall to JCP. Upon entering the stench of people not wearing deodorant made me sick but i charged on. Cruising up and down the underwear aisle for socks and under s(all this place is good for) i found a display of camo shirts with the wording VIA *** DIOS on them. Keep in mind i was going on a camping retreat to the mountains so i figured i would grab at least entertain buying a shirt from JCP. When i grabbed the shirt it was soft but seemed thin, i wasnt to crazy about the wording on the front which im pretty sure was spelled wrong as i think its spelled VAYA *** DIOS. Anyways against my better judgement i picked up the $ 7.99 t-shirt took it home and through it in the wash. Got up the next day to find the T-shirt was so thin that holes had broken in about 10 places. Im not sure why JCP would sell a via *** dios t shirt so cheaply made , but wait i am sure its because they are cheap. After a quick search on the net to research if anyone has had issues with this Via *** DIOS shirt i found a website with t-shirts that looked to be similar but spelled VAYA *** DIOS. AS a word of advice never buy a t shirt from JCP or VIA *** DIOS they are garbage.
