Jcpenney - Online order

I order some items from JCPenney's online. I paid for 2 day shipping. I needed these items for a wedding I kept calling to follow up with customer service. The young lady was very nice. Parently she didn't know the process at all. To make a long story short. I did not receive my items at all. Dad was just finally show up a week late I would never order again from JCPenney's very unhappy Sad

Jcpenney - Website Review from San Gabriel, California

I made on an online purchased on their jcp.com website, shortly after i received an email stating my order and that i will be expecting my items in a few days. After i received a call that my order was ready, I wen in to pick up my items. I noticed I was missing 2 items from my order. I had to call costumer service to find out 1 of my items had been canceled and my other item did not get shipped. My 1st item was canceled and I was never notified.
