Jcpenney - Lousy Shipping & Customer Service

I placed an order on 12/11/16 for three items! I rec'd email that two of the items would ship separately. I rec'd one item on 12/16/16 & was suppose to receive second shipment on 12/19/16! On 12/19/16 I rec'd second shipment with only one item and the highest priced item was not there but JCPenny had received payment for the total shipment. After finally getting someone on the phone two days later, no one seems to know where the third item is or why it is showing delivered! Smh I will never order from JCPenny again for a home delivery. I usually order to ship to store but thought I would take advantage of the free shipping, well free shipping cost me one item because they do not have any more in stock! NEVER AGAIN! Now waiting for my credit card to be credited back for this lousy service!

I'm very angry as to how long I have waited for my order..it has been 9 days it was supose to be ready today and still isn't. Everythung I purchased was in stock at the store I'm picking it up from.
