Jcpenney - Inquiring about order with shipping fees and delayed delivery dates

I ordered over $100 in charges and expected free shipping. Once the discount was applied it was $113 with shipping fees and tax. I will cancel the order if you will not honor free shipping.

To return items that you have ordered on line through their web site, you have to pay for the shipping. Of course they say you can return to a JCPenny store for free, but that can take up to 2 HOURS. First if I had a JCPenny store convenient and close I would shop there and save myself all this frustration. Second. why do I want to wait around a store, I will no longer shop at, for 2 HOURS to get a return.

I placed an order online with JCP on 11/26/18. One item shipped one did not, but they created a shipping label and never gave the item to UPS. There only solution offered to me was to take a refund (which I have to go and process myself through paypal), wait 5-7 days...

Placed or on Nov 25th for standard delivery to my home (4-7 buisness days per order). As of today, 29th only one of my items has been shipped witg estimated delivery of Dec 6th which is clearly outside of 4-7 biz days. The others items has been showing In Progress for 4 days. Called and was told order can't be canceled or expedited. Extremely upset and will call in with complaints.

Ordered November 16th, still no order at the store. Repeatedly do not get emails when orders arrive at the store and many times cannot get anything other than a recording saying no one is available when I call the store directly. I went in person yesterday. I'm thinking JCPenney will be going out of business soon.
