Jcpenney didnt delivery by Christmas then cancelled order

Ordered all christmas presents on Monday December 18 because they posted to order by today to receive by christmas. Saturday - still no delivery. Told items would be delivered by midnight, Saturday or sunday. Waited up until midnight both nights - no delivery= No chritmas presents for my family. Called on Tuesday to check my order status - after being on hold from 12:30 until 4 pm they told me the only thing they could do is cancel my order. I didnt want my order cancelled. They said sorry about your luck. Worst experence ive ever had. Jcpenney go out of business and do everyone a favor, obviously you dint know how ti run a business and your reps are rude. Thanks for ruining christmas 2017... cant even tell my kids their gifts are on the way because you cancelled my entire order without permission.

So I've been on jcpenneys stupid phone line for over an hour listening to there ridiculous music. I think I should just cancel the order and pay a little more so I can actually get it.

I ordered a mattress on 12/01/17.

It's now the 26 of Dec just want some kind of info even a lie is better than nothing. Starting to feel like I got ripped off.

Have tried to get updates on order placed 11-21-2017. Received email that order was shipped on 11-30-2017. Great, or so I thought. It is now December 21, 2017 and have yet to receive order. Called automated line, which states it is shipped but with no other information. Have tried to use carriers web site to track shipping, but it does not recognize the order number. Have repeatedly tried to call the customer service number. Unable to talk to someone at customer service. Estimated wait time to talk to customer service rep are a joke, 3 minutes turns into 30 + minutes. That is if you are lucky enough to actually talk to a customer service rep. The two times I actually was able to reach a rep, they transferred me to the line for furniture inquiries. No answer. Have called this same line at least 15 times. No answer. Just get recording saying your call is important to us and to stay on the line. the automation keeps asking me to press one to leave feed back after speaking to customer service rep. Have spent hours and days trying to track order to no avail. Unable to cancel order per their policy??? Fed up!! Ruined my Christmas and wasted HOURS of my time!!! Will not be doing business with this company again.

Jcpenney - I'm Done With JCP LOOSERS!

I don't know what's the problem with JCP, but that just can't get it right and don't care if they do. I'm gonna keep this review short. I have place several orders with JCP between November 1 and December 1, 2017 mainly for my grandchildren for Christmas. I have had more than 3 orders canceled and was never, never told they were canceled. No communication from JCP to tell me otherwise. No explanation. No email, and definitely no phone call! When I do receive an email stating that my order was shipped and don't receive it when they say I should I call customer service, another bad experience. That's when I'm told that they had a shortage, on back order, and in several other cases...JCP said we don't no what happened. I was told that my credit card was refunded but I never received a notice of anything being credited to my account. Look, I can say a lot about JCP, but one thing for sure, I am done with them. I will pay off my credit card and close them out. They can't handle large volumes of orders, do not communicate properly with their customers, refuse to make things right with their customers, have poor customer service, and don't you get me started on the coupons! I'm gonna stop right here with my review because I see it's mentioned in so many reviews here. Bottom line, JCP is not the same and never will be the same. No wonder they are going out of business and the hemorrhaging won't stop until they die out completely and I wouldn't cry one single tear!

I ordered some boots never received them and I used a gift card to buy them online the week of Black Friday! I thought it would be fast shipping to my surprise I never got my boots and I called to talk to a customer service representative and they could not find my order number in the system and put me on hold and it was a horrible experience. I regret ordering with them now I am out of money and no boots! Please avoid with all cost you will be so upset with their customer service and how *** poor they handle everything like I was so I am never using them again in the future!

Jcpenney - 3rd generation JCP shopper

I am astounded that I now must pay $3.95 for shipping to the store. I will not make the this mistake again and in the future will order from Amazon and Costco who very rarely charge for shipping. I have ordered most of my Christmas gifts from these two companies this year and have not paid for shipping once. Some purchases were under $50.00 I wouldn't be surprised if Penney's and the U.S. post office aren't out of business soon! It will be a sad day because I do like the quality and selection but I can not continue to be ripped off!

This was an absolutely horrible experience! I placed an order for an ugly Christmas sweater party back in November. It is now December 19th and I have yet to receive my package. I called the company twice (waiting on hold for 45+ minutes both times waiting to speak with a representative). It was a different story each time. The first time I was told my item had shipped and to keep watching my mailbox because it should be coming...when I called back had been informed that that was false and my item had in fact never been shipped because it was out of stock... nobody thought I should be notified. I never received a single email from them. When I finally spoke with the supervisor she told me there was "nothing she could do". After I laughed in her face, she offered me a 20% coupon (that still couldn't be combined with other offers). I am sure she could have done much more but I was far too sick of conversing with these people to care. I will NOT be ordering from JCPenney again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone. To top it all off... I have no Ugly Christmas Sweater.

Ordered a ring online. Takes 2 weeks to ship from factory. After waiting 2 weeks from placing the order, they cancel it. Gave it a second try because the ring is still available online, on sale for $1000 cheaper, wait 2 weeks and its cancelled again! Right before Christmas. To top it off the wait time for customer service is 70 minutes. Why cant such a big company get theyre act together?

Jcpenney - Paid for 2 day shipping, my mistake

I placed an order about midnight on Saturday night Dec. 16 and got a notice on my email that it would be delivered the 22nd or the 23rd. I paid for two day shipping. Today is Sunday morning and I called to cancel the order and got the song and dance about how this is has been processed and it should be here the week of the 18th which is ridiculous. Although I suggested that she offer sympathy or empathy for their mistake, she continued to argue that she was providing 2-day service even though it was not going to be shipped out until Wednesday which is 3 business days. She did not because her tone was condescending and she offered no alternatives. I will never order from JCPenney again. In fact this was my first order in probably 15 years or more. My mistake. won't do it again

I ordered 2 mattresses on 11/14/17. The saleswoman said I can receive them in "2 to 3" weeks, and I was given information with a phone number and 2 email addresses to contact about a more precise delivery date. Neither email address worked, and the phone message gave outrageous wait times. I finally called the store and saleswoman said she has no control of the factory assembly timing. I said I needed a pecise delivery period because of my scgedule in Nov and Dec, otherwise I will have to cancel the order. She had th gall to tell me that I would be charged a restocking fee if I cancelled the order which was apparently not even manifactured at that time! On Dec 12 I kept trying the numbers and email addresses, all without success. If I do not receive this order by 12/22/17, I wil cancel the order and will see them in samll claims court about any "restocking fee". WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM JCP FURNITURE CONCESSION - DECEITFUL PRACTICES!
