We have had multiple service related issues with various JCP locations over the last 2 months, and another yesterday. Their stores are disgusting, employees on their cell phones unwilling to help, multiple cash register stations closed at peak times, stores looking like they haven't been organized in months, product on the floor that they couldn't even sell because it was tagged wrong, even their employees are complaining to customers about their frustration.
One employee last night in Nashville even told us while at least trying to help us in the department we were in said in the month he has been working there, he has never seen anyone working in that department. What a joke, how are you still in business?
