At my store, we could get fired for telling a Man he cannot go into the Women's fitting room, and vice versa. About a month ago, there was a couple (man & woman) who were going into the Men's fitting room together for over an hour.

When I called my manager to let her know what was going on, she got really upset with me & said as employees, we are forbidden to say anything when we see things like this because of the transgender people that might come in to shop. She even accused me of discriminating because I told her this isn't right. I had to check the sane fitting room later that night, and sure enough that couple had had intercourse in there & had left their used underwear on the floor.

This was disgusting, but stores allow that stuff now for fear of getting sued by people. I wouldn't allow my kids to ever enter a fitting room after all the stuff I've seen & have found in there!

If you came in trying to return something without a receipt, the company policy is to refund the customer the lowest price that the item cost in the last 45 days.

There are no exceptions. If you want the full purchase price of your item refunded in the future, either keep your receipt or pay with a credit card so that we can look the receipt up by the credit card number.

Jcpenney - Discrimination, Supervior not following rules of corporation

Johnson City Tennessee store 1993 need to have a Instigation *Supervior of salon - #1 Putting tampered merchandise that has be open brung back from customers to get their money back on back bar for Associates to use on clients of salon. Disgusting never know if someone has put a chemical to haem Associates and clients in it! Should be thrown away! #2 Allowing Associates to have food and drinks in back room with chemicals.#3 not following laws on Tennessee state board, Associate supposed to have a 30 minute lunch break ( NOT Happening ) but makes it look like they are having it by fixing it on time clock on office computer. manager of store knows that this happening as well. #4 Showing favorite by moving Associate up on pay scale and job tittle by not having them clock in on time clock and they are making money in the salon. cheating the corporation and not fair for other Associates that is doing it the right way!

Jcpenney in Waldorf, Maryland - Never have what I need to get my hair done.

I'm a JCP salon client my issues is the St Charles Mall JCP salon never seem to have the relaxer for my hair my stylist have to go through a lot just to get the sensitive scalp for my hair. Why do the salon manerger put the stylist through this? And Im sitting in the salon some times I hear the salon manerger say y'all using to much product on clients hair. In steed of waiting she will say these things in front of us the clients. She's so unprofessional. I love my stylist but I'm ready to look for another. Place to get my hair done.

JC Penny Milford, I shopped for 14 years and really got to know many employed there. Loyal customer for over 35. Karma, what you send out is what you indeed receive. Asked if something could be put on hold for later same day. Eminently clear a store closing brings out the best in those whom think it doesn't matter how they treat people when in reality they couldn't be more wrong. Store manager Jeff in Milford I spoke to after took me 3 times to reach. Sadly bad behavior was justified by a store policy implemented upon non renewal of a contract to rent space in the mall. Jeff hearing about the bad treatment actually expressed sorry I feel that way, which I made sure he understood was not an apology. Jeff furthermore said he wasn't apologizing! Of course not, I said! .... LOL Amazing, this is behavior of a manager? Integrity indeed reflects character. One month earlier Jeff actually took us from a line to another register helping my husband and I purchasing bath rugs.

You need to stop being a liar & a scam artist as the store personnel are clearly on to your games. As a person who works hard for her money, I do not have to be nice to someone who is a known THIEF.

I purchased a blouse from the JC Penny licated in Memphis TN on Winchester Rd. Once I got home and began to get dress for a dinner party I noticed the sensor was left on the blouse. Which was a great disappointment because I ended uo not wearing the outfit I had just gone to purchase.A few days later I went back to the store and requested that the sensor be removed. Jeremy the store manager was VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE as if I had done something wrong. He rudely and very loudly asked me for my receipt and credit card. There were other customers on looking. This incident was totally offensive. I shop at JCPenny at least four times a month. And never have I been treated so terrible. I told Jeremy of my plans to write this review and report his very poorly customer service.

Jcp at Roosevelt field mall lacks management skills. One of the managers whose name is Nicole was so rude to us during closing time. She rudely tried to get us out. I got her name from an associate when I came back to shop. This is not the first time I have experienced this. Another manager at the shoe department threatened to fire an associate a while back when I went to shop. She was ringing me up and she told the poor pregnant associate she was going to get fired if she doesnt stop calling out of work. Highly unprofessional. This happened during the summer time and I was highly offended because the girl was trying to get me out fast because I had to run back to work and this manager couldn't hold her feelings in and interrupted the girl from checking me out. She was African American ethnicity. She was around 5 ft 4 inches and she had a curly hair. She was also chunky with glasses. i really hope corporate finds out who she is and takes this into action. This place is a wreck and their customer services is complete ***. I highly resent JCP because of all the unlucky experiences I have had. Managment does not care and is never to be found and they are always short staffed . I hear associates talk about rude customers on the floor. What makes us rude when there is lack of responsibility within the store to meet customer satisfaction.
