I purchased a blouse from the JC Penny licated in Memphis TN on Winchester Rd. Once I got home and began to get dress for a dinner party I noticed the sensor was left on the blouse. Which was a great disappointment because I ended uo not wearing the outfit I had just gone to purchase.A few days later I went back to the store and requested that the sensor be removed. Jeremy the store manager was VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE as if I had done something wrong. He rudely and very loudly asked me for my receipt and credit card. There were other customers on looking. This incident was totally offensive. I shop at JCPenny at least four times a month. And never have I been treated so terrible. I told Jeremy of my plans to write this review and report his very poorly customer service.

I was shopping at jc pennys in grand island ne yesterday where i experenced a terriable employee treating two ladys with terriable vulgar language and when i confronted her about her behavior all she could say is iam manager and thank god we do not have audio,now i am sorry but first of all id like to kno if that is her answer for her bad behavior as a manager of that store my first question is that i am questionable so if its not on camera then it dont matter .i also work at a department store and i take pride in my store and my posotion and behavior and i was discusted by her nasty behavior and to top it off it is xmas time i firmaly think that jc pennys needs to hire people to make their experences better because after the manager said that comment i put my 300.00 xmas purchase back on counter and left the store i surn those two women did nothing wrong and after she called them thiefs and nasty names and accused them of all kinds of things all i could do was watch in ah and hope that manager gets into trouble for her bad behavor she should b ashamed of her self as a professional i will never shop at thos store again im canceling my jc pennys card.I

Had photo appt. at J C Penney studio in McDonough, Ga. A J C Penney employee, Christine (who did not work in the photo studio) told another "group" (by phone) that the studio took walk-ins and told them they could have pictures taken in my spot. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment. They were there five minutes before me. The employee argued inappropriately with the Portrait Studio manager in front of several customers. Christine was rude and I was embarrassed for the manager. Christine argued with the studio employee for a good five minutes. She would not listen to the studio manager as she explained that she had to honor appts. first. She offered to have the group hang around and she would work them in between appts. I was in shock watching this episode unfold. It was the most inappropriate behavior of a J C Penney employee (or any employee) that I have ever witnessed. Christine needs training.
