Jcpenney - *** about a rebate scam

I would advise people not to ever but appliances at Jc penny qitha rebate they sell it to you that all the appliances qualify. They do not!!!!! We purchased 4 appliances not even needing the over the range microwave but the saleswoman insisted we had th get it so we get the 200 dollar rebate. We were told today we only are going to receive 50 dollars . We purchased the 4 appliances in November.

Jcpenney in Belleville, Illinois - Order keeps getting canceled by manufacturer

I have ordered the same pants suit 4x and each time it shows available on their website - a couple days later I get a text telling me the manufacturer canceled the order. Then the manufacturer and jcp need to communicate and take it off your website as an available item and quit letting it be ordered!!!!!!!

At my store, we could get fired for telling a Man he cannot go into the Women's fitting room, and vice versa. About a month ago, there was a couple (man & woman) who were going into the Men's fitting room together for over an hour.

When I called my manager to let her know what was going on, she got really upset with me & said as employees, we are forbidden to say anything when we see things like this because of the transgender people that might come in to shop. She even accused me of discriminating because I told her this isn't right. I had to check the sane fitting room later that night, and sure enough that couple had had intercourse in there & had left their used underwear on the floor.

This was disgusting, but stores allow that stuff now for fear of getting sued by people. I wouldn't allow my kids to ever enter a fitting room after all the stuff I've seen & have found in there!

Details
I have been in the Traverse City Michigan location twice in the last week. Both times I was in there a manager named Shannon belittled employees in front of me, my husband and other customers. We could see the look of frustration on the cashiers face. However the cashier apologized for her managers conduct and was very professional. To bad I did not see the same level of professionalism from her manager.

I WENT TO JC PENNY, BILOXI,MS. EDGEWATER MALL, I'M STANDING IN LINE TO BUY A BLOUSE, THE CASHIER IS STANDING THERE TALKING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER, THEIR TALKING ABOUT THINGS THAT DID NOT PERTAIN TO MERCHANDISE, THEY KEPT TALKING FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY RUDE, IF I DIDN'T NEED THE BLOUSE, I WOULD HAVE PUT IT BACK, I KNOW THEY HAVE TO BE COURTEOUS, THAT'S A LITTLE TO MUCH, THIS WAS FRIDAY THE 13TH OF MARCH, FRONT COUNTER, BY FRONT DOOR ABOUT 4 PM.

ANOTHER PROBLEM THE AD YOU PUT IN THE PAPER WITH THE 15% OFF THEY USED TO KEEP ONE BY THE REGISTER, NOW YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR ON, THAT'S LOSING BUSINESS, BELK'S KEEPS ONE BY THE REGISTER, PLEASE BRING THAT BACK, SOME PEOPLE DON'T GET THE PAPER. THANKS!
